## What is LACTIC?

LACTIC connects you with your clinic or coach in one app. Your provider builds your training program, reviews your labs, and messages you directly. You track the daily work: nutrition, workouts, sleep, and recovery.

TRAINING
• A weekly training calendar built by your coach or clinic
• A guided workout player with sets, reps, rest timers, and demo videos
• Personal bests with strength standards for your age and sex

NUTRITION
• Log meals by search or barcode scan
• Macro targets built from your body composition
• Water, fiber, and full nutrient breakdowns

HEALTH
• Lab results with clear color coded ranges and trends over time
• Body composition scans and progress
• Sleep, HRV, and recovery from Oura, WHOOP, Polar, Strava, and Apple Health

CARE
• Secure messaging with your clinic or coach
• Health reports, screening reminders, and supplement plans from your provider

Most people join LACTIC through their clinic or coach. You can also create a free account and upgrade to the App Subscription ($8.99/month or $75/year) for full nutrition tracking and fitness programs.
