しかし購入して、アプリのアップデートにて同期出来ない状態になり使い物にならない！
早く改善するか、何なりの対応をして欲しい！

アップデートしてからなのか時計は認識してもアプリが認識しないからメールが届いても時計に通知が来ない。
これができなかったらこの時計を買った意味がないので、早く改善してください。

LAD WEATHER smart gear2を購入しました。確かに皆さんが言うように「少し大きい」気がしますが、性能的には全く問題なく◎二重まるです。時計とスマホとはリンクします。通知もokです。時計とアプリとのリンクやベアリングなどはスマホ、時計、アプリの設定が原因です。確かに1日中リンクさせていると「リンク」が外れますが、設定し直しすれば全く問題なしです。

全く問題なし◎で☆5としました。

先日、連絡させていただいた件です。
設定アイコンとヘルプアイコンだけ使用可能な状態で他のアイコンがグレーアウトの状態です。しかし動作自体は、ほとんど問題なし、色々試した結果、やはりアプリ側の問題ですので、よろしくお願いします。ちなみに時計は2台目で１年使用しているので取り扱いのミスはないですよ。

追記: iOS 12.0でも同じ。iPadでも同じ。
提供社に直接やりとりし、クラッシュレポートを含むメールを送ってから2ヶ月ほど経ちますが、今のところ音沙汰なしです。

ほとんどのボタンがグレーアウト〜と書いていらっしゃる方は、単に商品説明も説明書もチュートリアルも読まず、ペアリングしていないだけのことではないですか？
