Ladezonen Wien is the only app with live status for all 3,202 Vienna loading zones — built by a parcel driver, tested on real routes.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-09-15

The map now shows street level and turns with your direction of travel while you drive — the street ahead points up, as in a navigation app. The compass button puts north back on top whenever you prefer.

New loading zone: Gentzgasse 65 in the 18th district, verified on site (Mon–Fri on working days, 2–6 pm).

Saved zones survive register updates: when the city renumbers its loading zones, your favorites are matched to the right zone automatically on refresh.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-29

New: all 273 public toilets from the City of Vienna register on the map – opening hours, free or fee, accessible cabin, one-tap route; hide them with a button. Plus a Google-Maps-style compass and the report button right at the edge of the map.

Privacy: the app asks on first launch whether it may send anonymous usage data. Nothing is collected without your consent, and you can change your choice any time under Statistics. Withdrawing consent now stops collection immediately.

Important correction: on public holidays, 30 zones were shown as active although their sign suspends them. The sign on the street is always what counts — the app now follows it.

Company codes: a seat now survives reinstalling the app on the same device. Withdrawn access ends reliably and for good.

Map and list: the map can be dragged while driving without snapping back. The zone list shows distances in exactly the order it sorts them, and no longer reshuffles on every GPS wobble. A target can be cleared again with a long press on its marker. The list uses noticeably less battery.

The "Best 3" block has been removed from the list: the map already shows the same zones, and the list stays with what it does best — every zone by distance, with street search.
