The app loads slow when logging in, sometimes it wont log me in at all. Because every member of the dedicated staff of professionals love their job and it shows; providing consistent successful top notch service. That’s why I love LFCU. Just one small problem, unable to post online MasterCard payments via cellphone for three weeks as of today (2/21/2023). Member Services is still working on it. Desktop Master Card payments are a bit “glitchy”. Is there anyway to get the ‘back office” to resolve this Urgent Issue??
