App won’t load on on iOS 14.1 it crashes as soon as you open it

Useful app but keeps crashing as soon as it opens on iPhone.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled it.

I can’t open the app. I removed it and then downloaded it again but it’s still working. Please fix it ty
