## What is Lafzi?

Understand what you recite in salah. Learn Quranic Arabic one word at a time, and the Quran you already know by heart starts to make sense.

With Lafzi you learn the words the Quran uses most, and the words of the prayer itself, word by word. Five minutes a day is enough.

HOW IT WORKS
• Start with Al-Fatiha, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Kawthar and the phrases of salah: takbir, the tasbih of ruku and sujud, tashahhud, salawat and salam
• One short lesson a day: the word, its root, its meaning and the ayah it lives in, with recitation
• Spaced review keeps the words with you, including a hands-free listening mode
• A daily word goal you choose (5, 10 or 20 words) and a weekly quiz on the week's words
• Reading mode for all 114 surahs: the words you know are dark, the rest are a few lessons away, and every surah shows how much you already understand

QURANIC ARABIC, NOT TEXTBOOK ARABIC
Lafzi uses the real Quran text and its word-by-word meanings from Quran.com, shown exactly as provided. We never edit the text or invent meanings. Word roots and dictionary forms come from the Quranic Universal Library.

QUIET BY DESIGN
