## What is Lagarsoft LiDAR Scanner?

Lagarsoft LiDAR Scanner turns your LiDAR iPhone or iPad into a pocket measure-up tool for buildings.

Scan a room, a floor, or an entire house and walk away with professional files:

• DXF floorplan — R12 dialect that opens cleanly in AutoCAD, LibreCAD, and QCAD, with walls, doors, and windows on named layers and floor outlines as closed polylines.
• USDZ 3D mesh — Apple's AR-ready format, textured and ready for AR Quick Look.
• PDF report — a branded A4 quantities sheet with floor area, wall area, and one-coat paint litres per room and as totals.

Built for AEC, MEP, real estate, and trade professionals who need fast, defensible measurements without a tripod, target, or laptop.

• New Floorplan (PDF) export: a readable, dimensioned 2D plan with room sizes, aligned square to the longest wall, with a true-north arrow. Included in the ZIP archive too.
• DXF exports now carry room dimensions and a north arrow on dedicated layers — turn them off in CAD if you only want the raw lines.
• Before scanning, the app now waits briefly for a compass fix so floorplans align to true north. You can skip the wait, and it's bypassed automatically on devices without a compass.
