## What is Lagna?

Sit with your janma mantra. Keep a kundli-grounded rhythm.

Lagna is classical Jyotish practice for Lifestyle and Health & Fitness: authored japa sit, chart-grounded reflection, and a 7-day rhythm — plus a full sidereal birth chart (kundli) computed on your iPhone. Not a daily horoscope dump, not fortune-telling, and not medical, financial, or legal advice.

Lagna computes a sidereal kundli using Lahiri ayanamsa and whole-sign houses from your birth date, time, and place: graha placements, nakshatra, Vimshottari dasha tree, yogas, dignities, and divisional charts (D1/D2/D9/D10). Chart math is deterministic on device — placements are never invented by AI. Optional Apple Intelligence explains your chart when available, grounded in computed facts, with a deterministic knowledge fallback when it isn't. Japa is traditional recitation for sincerity — not a remedy that changes the chart.

Start on Practice for sit and reflection. Your kundli lives on Chart. Insights and Ask stay grounded in that chart.
