I have been using Lagom for a little over a week and it’s amazing. I’ve never really been into fitness or tracking my calories but this makes it so easy to find out what my body needs to live a healthy lifestyle. It’s very fun and easy to use. I definitely recommend.

I’ve only been using Lagom for a short time, but I can already tell it’s going to make a huge difference in helping me reach my goals. It makes tracking food feel simple and manageable without feeling like I have to sacrifice everything I enjoy.
