I just moved to LA from DC. I've taken pilates
classes for the past 10 years at different
studios. This business is the worst ever! They
are money hungry and not flexible at all. Do
not sign up with them. There are many other
pilates studios in LA. Stay away!

Worst business practice I’ve seen. Signed up and paid for two classes and fell sick with right after… I reached out to them to ask for an extension and they said it would cost $25 to extend for a week. I think they would have rather had me go in and get everyone sick. I’m happy to have at least learned what type of establishment they are running when they tell people who are sick to go in rather than give them a few extra days to recover.
