I heard the boss of lag ride was changed , reason why the app was also changed , even tho I see no reason why the app should be changed.  however the new app is very trashy , I had money in the last app , it’s no where to be found in this new one, this new one doesn’t have the option to schedule for ride, no where to put card or cash trip . No option to contact customer care 🙄🙄🙄🙄Pls what sort of upgrade is this ?  This is shameful .  Pls bring back the old app, apparently the new boss is clueless o.

Why is my wallet balance gone after updating the app

Driver received payment and did not clear it on the app. Now I am unable to book any other rides because the app says I am still owing a driver since last month. But this man literally received his payment in front of me.

I have been calling the trashy customer service for weeks and nobody answers. Isn’t it embarrassing that this country doesn’t actually anything that works like it should?

I have used the app several time and I have come to the conclusion that Lagride App is efficient and user friendly. Kudos to Lagride Team
