If you select delete it will indicate the recordings are there but doesn’t show them no can you select them to view. This is using the free (3 day cloud) option. Also the connection goes in and out constantly. They want a lot of personal information..... and no results. ### 1/5 — Needs major improvement *2022-11-26* When using an iPad, the app always crashes when you try watch a saved video, especially when you try fast forward or skip to a certain place in the video. My cameras only record for 15 minutes then stop recording even though I have the camera set to continuously record. I’ve restarted the cameras, even reset them and started all over. Made no difference. If they would fix these two major issues, I would rate this app at 5 stars.
