## What is Lairlease?

Lairlease is a premium dungeon renovation and tenant-economy simulation about making a strange old property work.

RESTORE THE ESTATE
- Convert a 30-room ruin into crypts, forges, grottos, libraries, nests, taverns, and infirmaries
- Choose what to renovate, what to repair, and where limited treasury has the greatest return
- Read room condition at a glance and respond before wear triggers an expensive inspection
- Build a coherent floor plan instead of decorating an inert grid

MANAGE REAL TENANCIES
- Review applicants with different room preferences, rent budgets, patience, and neighbor conflicts
- Sign, place, satisfy, repair for, or evict tenants as the estate changes
- Collect daily rent, absorb incidents, track unrest, and meet treasury and satisfaction targets
- Survive 20 campaign leases plus deterministic Daily Estates and Weekly Holdings with optional Game Center scoring
