Barely can read and why not present the account summary first like before and then allow transactions? What took one step or two before takes more and moving between screens is difficult. Also (AND WORSE) pending transactions are visible is some screens but not others? Balances should always match. I thought the app would be easier than a web browser but apparently small business owners are left out in the cold when it comes to the app ### 4/5 — Love the bank. The app, not so much. *2023-11-01, version 23.2.0.1* It took a little time to learn to maneuver through the app and I now know how it works pretty well. My one complaint is that paper checks issued through the app do not consistently show under pending transactions on the account summary screen. They should appear here until the check is cashed. This morning two checks should have been received by creditors but only one appears under acct summary as posted and it looks as if it has been cashed, but I know it has not been. It should be under pending transactions with a hold on those funds until it is actually cashed. The other check which has been mailed by the bank and can be cashed as of today, is nowhere to be found under the account summary. I have to look under activity to make sure it was sent and then subtract that amount from my available account balance. This all makes it very very hard to keep track of the actual account balance. I have unfortunately in the past over drawn on the account because checks issued do not appear under pending in the account summary. It’s a little upsetting when a cup of coffee costs $40 due to overdraft fees because you can’t easily see what checks are actually still pending. I switched phones recently and now the notifications and live feed do not do anything I’ve tried everything, even getting ahold of the bank and I still cannot get notifications.
