On average, I have go through the whole process at least 4-5 times before it will actually complete the deposit. That’s if it works at all. It is so frustrating and disappointing. It is not easy for me to get to the nearest physical location to make deposits. I tried to go to the app support to make a request to fix the bugs there, but the link takes me to a page that says page not available, or something along those lines.
