Account balances are much harder to see than previous iterations. There’s a lot of dead space that fills the screen which requires more scrolling. Load times are horrendous now! I shouldn’t have to look at “Please Wait” for upwards of 7 seconds just to check a balance or do a transfer. Face ID scans my face quickly but it’s the time after that now drags. The older versions of the app that you still have screenshots of on the app page was superior in my opinion! ### 3/5 — Latest update is bad! I am currently on iOS 26, and the app fails to open every time, even after a reinstall. My only complaint is since updating to iOS 18 - there’s no longer a widget. The balances are less noticiable now because they went from a green to black font in a more basic list view. The accounts all kind of blend together. I think the appearance doesn’t work well. Deposits take forever to show, they should be immediate even if not available to use the funds. I second guess myself all the time wondering did it deposit or didn’t it. In this electronic age money transfers should be almost instantaneous. Apps like Zelle for example. I crops incorrectly or doesn’t crop at all. Sometimes it completely distorts the photo. This is an app issue and not a camera issue as the image appears clear before taking the photo. ### 1/5 — Many needed improvements *2021-03-27* This app is rudimentary at best, mobile deposit works only sporadically, auto-capture rarely works for mobile check deposits. Also, the hours that they answer the phone for customer issues are terribly limited, and departments do not communicate with one another. More times than I can remember I’ve waited on hold for hours on end, only to have been transferred to the wrong person and have been put on hold again, more often than not, to be hung up on.
