通信環境は良いのに、アプリを開くと、サーバに接続していませんというオレンジのメッセージが上部にでたままです。どうしたらいいですか？

仕事で使っていますが、通知は来るのに、電波が悪いとメッセージがなかなか開けないことがあります。また、パスワード変更頻度が多すぎて不便です。

特に改善して欲しいのがApple WatchでLINEのようにメッセージ本文が確認できるようにして欲しい点です

・キャリア回線/Wi-Fiの切り替え。
・ご利用端末の再起動。
・キャッシュの削除。
以下の手順でキャッシュを削除出来ます。
1. 「設定」 > 「サインアウト」からサインアウト
2. サーバ名入力画面において、右下の「キャッシュの削除...」という青文字のボタンをタップしキャッシュを削除
3. サインイン

上記で解決しない場合や、その他ご不明点がありましたら、
サポートセンターにて対応させいただきます。

会議室へ招待されたのですが、タップしても落ちます。通信環境の良いところでも同じで困っております。

会社からの指示でLa Keelに入るよう言われアプリをインストしサーバーを打ち込み次へ進もうにも「コンテンツサーバーに接続できません」と何度やってもダイアログが出て次に進むことが出来ません。
どの様に対応したらよろしいのでしょうか？

「コンテンツサーバに接続できません」というエラーメッセージは基本的に、ご入力いただいているサーバ名が誤っている場合に表示されるメッセージとなります。
恐れ入りますが、ご入力されているサーバ名が正しいかご確認下さい。
また、サーバ名の前後にスペースが含まれており、サインインできないケースもございますので、併せてご確認ください。
正しいサーバ名は、貴社の管理者様へお問い合わせください。
