## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — They broke it

*2022-11-15, version 22.1.0*

It used to work pretty well, but it’s had 95% DOWNTIME for the last week or so. Disappointing. I’ll have to go back to the bank to deposit checks.

### 1/5 — Not consistent

*2022-11-08, version 22.1.0*

I’m trying to run a business, and after countless hours of phone calls with online support and trying to make this thing work, the app still isn’t consistent. I just need to deposit my checks. If Lakeland can’t get their app together, they are going to lose me as a customer.

### 1/5 — The worst

*2022-10-27, version 22.1.0*

I’d give it zero stars if I could. The login times out constantly. And when it does, it locks you out and you have to call the bank to get access back. I was locked out Saturday, couldn’t get in until Monday, now it’s Thursday and I’m locked out again. Honestly makes me consider switching banks.

### 1/5 — The worst app and very bad for a business

*2022-07-21, version 22.1.0*

This app is bad on so many levels. Just the hoops you have to go to to get into the app. It rejected my password which I know is correct and now I have to wait a business day to speak to someone to reset it. Totally ridiculous. I need this app to be able to deposit important checks which half the time I can’t do and more often than not when I go back to check to see if the checks went through a lot of times they were rejected for no apparent reason and no notification. So if I didn’t check I would have no idea. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be switching to her more competent bank.

### 1/5 — Extremely complex logins

*2022-02-15, version 20.3.0*

Everything is getting simplified these days, right? Mobile banking should be easy, right? ETreasury Mobile app for Lakeland bank- OMG. First of all, why call it eTreasury business? What does it even mean? Why it cant simply be called Business or something like this. To activate the app you need activation key. First time I spend on the phone 30 min with support person that finally showed me the activation key. Then you need your assigned company ID. Then you need User ID. Then you need password. In few months my mobile app stopped working. Guess what? Activation key expired. Of cause, in order to get it you have to remember your company ID and all other logins. So, called Lakeland bank again. This app is not for me, too complex, too many logins remember or keep writing somewhere. I have Bank of America and Chase apps, much simpler.

### 1/5 — This app is garbage. Bill pay is terrible

*2021-02-07, version 19.4.0*

Locked out again. No reason, they can’t help. Closing my accounts with lakeland. Terrible.

### 1/5 — Can’t Sign Into Account

*2021-01-07, version 19.4.0*

Directions here say to sign into the app using the Comp ID provided by Lakeland and my current ID and Password, but it’s asking me for an activation code.

### 1/5 — AWFUL!!

*2020-09-21, version 19.3.0*

Please work out the bugs before having a new platform go live! I can’t get into my account from this app! Ugh! I would give the app no stars, but it won’t let me. 😡

### 1/5 — Information not clear

*2020-06-29, version 19.3.0*

What is an activation key? And what 8 digits are they asking for? Very useless app, do not waste your time with it. 👎🏻

### 2/5 — Getting worse

*2022-07-20, version 22.1.0*

Everyone wants their bank account secure but this app makes security so complicated that it gets in its own way. Simple processes take a while “thinking” before completed. It does the basics but don’t set your expectations very high.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great App! Much better than the previous app.

*2021-05-13, version 19.4.0*

To log in to the app, you need a software activation key that can be found once you log in on a computer. Once you retrieve that, the rest is very simple if you follow the instructions. All the log in information was provided to me months prior (if not a year) before the switch to e-treasury. I love that I only need a pin or my face to log in to the app. This online banking allows so much more to be done versus the previous one.

### 4/5 — Much improved

*2020-08-31, version 19.3.0*

Much better than previous app. You get your activation key for the app from your profile in your etreasury web based login.

No need to leave negative reviews because you didn’t read the instructions provided by Lakeland bank

### 2/5 — No Zelle

*2022-03-13, version 20.3.0*

This app will not let you transfer money or receive money via Zelle . The other Lakeland bank app Will allow . This app is for businesses . What’s going on?

### 2/5 — Constantly crashing

*2021-12-11, version 20.3.0*

The app crashes constantly. Check deposit via the app is not reliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. The app should have been tested before it was released. I hope they fix it.
