Every week you need to update this garbage.  Credit union banks are absolutely ghetto.

Fix your damn app! Every week it seems, I have to delete and reinstall. Then I have to type in my card number every time to get back in. And set up my facial recognition, EVERYTIME. Next time I’m switching banks. It’s been going on long enough.

Every 3-4 wks I have to delete & reinstall the app.  Quits working & just comes up with contact branch.  Very useless banking system when I work away from home for month at a time

Forget about online banking if you have a perfectly functional iPhone 6 or an older iPad. Not compatible. I could purchase a new iPhone but cheaper just to find a new bank. Unbelievable.

Etransfer is broken 😥. So counterintuitive to manage your contacts. Crashes. Text code to confirm changes does not work anymore. Awful. I understand security measures but this is brutal. Your data transfer team failed miserably and info is wrong so it won’t send the code because the email is wrong.

With the new update you can’t have anything but letters as your phone name. If you do the app won’t let you login and you will just get errors.

Since they updated, I can’t even access the app since it requires iOS 13 and my phone can only go up to 12. I have to buy an entire new phone just to use the app

I’ve hadn’t had any extreme issues that the union couldn’t fix! My etran has always worked and recently just improved as they don’t take forever for others to receive!

The app is okay if you can actually get logged in. Half the time it’s stuck on the sign in screen. Makes for a pretty useless app when you can’t get in when you need to.
