And for some reason I haven’t received my “100 points for Each Item purchased from your lists” points after making a purchase from my list; and I’ve purchased at least four things from my list. I also had to go to the store to link my store account to the app account in order for points to combine. ### 5/5 — Love Lakeshore *2025-08-15, version 1.15.0* I was recommended Lakeshore Learning by a friend and then I realized how many of my son’s amazing daycare toys were from here and had to give it a go. The store was so fun and had a huge variety of product. Then, I downloaded the app and realized how great the rewards are! Every time I order something, I have Lakeshore Bucks to use. Then don’t advertise you have discounts. ### 1/5 — Sign-In Issue *2025-07-30, version 1.15.0* I tried making a shopping list for the new school year. The app requires you to be signed in to make a shopping list, however, when I tried to sign in, it logs me out seconds later. ### 1/5 — Cannot login *2024-11-02, version 1.10.0* I’ve tried creating a new account and resetting password many times. It won’t work no matter what I do. I get the email notification with code to reset and password. I’m able to input the code and then next screen is the create new password. I put in a password that meets all requirements and click submit. That same screen sends an error code that I need to enter code. I did that on the screen before though! No matter what I do it a dead end cycle. ### 1/5 — Very Disappointed *2023-08-06* I found so many things I wanted for my classroom only to be disappointed that more than half of the things I wanted are store pick up only. The closest store is 2 hours away! Most people do not live close to a Lakeshore store. What’s the point of having online shopping if you can’t get the items shipped that you want. Since I couldn’t get most of what I wanted I ordered everything from somewhere else. Lakeshore is losing a lot of business by not shipping most of their items. I work in a large school district and they wouldn’t even ship items when the district wanted to make purchases. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2026-01-17, version 1.16.1* Major issues accessing my favorites lists. I always have to sign back in and sometimes THAT even doesn’t work. I’m trying to add stuff to my list as well but it won’t even let me edit or add to my list. It was easy to use and I found so many things I wanted for my classroom! I ordered some great materials for my students but was disappointed to see that many items were store pick up only and they couldn’t be shipped. The closest store is 2 hours away so that isn’t possible.
