Used to work fine. Great app. 
Now I can’t get in. Password no longer works. Tried changing password 6 times and all it says is email and password don’t match. Can’t start a new account as when it asks for phone number it says that number already has an account. It is now useless for me.

Better to ring up for a taxi… took about 10 minutes to enter all my details including my card details, and when I booked for a taxi… it was cancelled with no reason why.

Also the app is extremely buggy and painful to use 🙈😑

Used a few times & deleted.
Happy to accept bookings, then not appear.
Called & got told 5 minutes even when they knew taxi 20 mins away.
Save your time, call someone else

Made a booking on the app, showed as confirmed, then I got a call 10 minutes later from the company saying they have no available cars. Would have been better just to call them, I’m not sure what the value of this app really is.

Worked well until I received a phone call to say that my job couldn’t actually be fulfilled until 1 hour later. I assumed having the app accept my job meant I’d be getting a taxi.

Not sure why you get text messages to try the app when the app refuses to take bookings.    Just says not accepting bookings and you have have to do manually.  Everybody agrees it doesn’t work but nobody seems to know when it will work that you talk to.

Works fine except for the phone number listed in the app- goes through to Windermere office and the person on the other end of the line seems to get annoyed with having to transfer me over.  Maybe you should list both Kendal and Windermere numbers?
