There is no need for call reminders ### 3/5 — No Reference Number *2026-08-06, version 4.3* My only issue with the Lakeview Mortgage app is the fact that it does not give you a reference # or confirmation # after scheduling or making a payment. All of the other financial institutions that I deal with provide a reference # or confirmation # after a payment has been submitted, which gives me added comfort that my payment has been received. I’m having to go through foreign languages in order to get to my mortgage information to pay my monthly mortgage. My opinion is that the app defaults to English with an option to choose specific language. The app never shows scheduled payments and you will never know if you submitted payment twice. I got charged twice and my bank balance went negative and I got charged for negative balance. When I called customer service they said it will take 7+ business days to get my money. I had to fight with my bank to get my money back. What kind of company is this. Incident 2: I submitted a payment on time and my transaction was reversed now I owe a 25 $ fee for late payment. !!!Fix this!!!! I am reporting this to BBB. Note: this is not just an app problem.
