This app could be so much better, as an Apple Developer myself I see so many areas for improvement. The only benefit I see to this app is having the phone number to the city/police, but you could just as easily save that to your contacts.

When this app was first released it was 100%. Now the drop pin function does not work.  It seems to have problems interfacing with the map. It also crashed a couple of times when trying to use attaching a photo.

Very handy app for residents of Lakewood, CA. I've used this app on multiple occasions to report broken street lights, missed trash service, etc. and had prompt responses from the city.
