A Lakilaki subscription is required to access the personalized features described above — including daily makeup looks, occasion planning, tailored product recommendations and in-store product scanning. Lakilaki offers an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly plans.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Do better with the camera and scanning, make sure EVERYONE can get a scan even if they have horrible lighting. DO BETTER

I have same issue as another reviewer … the in-app purchase made doesn’t actually connect to an account. When I open the app, it makes me go through the entire process again, then gives me subscription options. Except … my credit card has already been charged! I believe that’s called fraud. I just my credit card to be reimbursed and then I want nothing to do with this company.

I have been charged for a subscription on PayPal.  The downloaded app does not recognize that I have paid! I have been unable to contact the company to resolve this problem. The support web address is not working and at this point I simply wish to cancel and not be charged anything further.
