Do better with the camera and scanning, make sure EVERYONE can get a scan even if they have horrible lighting. DO BETTER

### 1/5 — In-app purchase never worked l but I was still CHARGED FOR IT!

I have same issue as another reviewer … the in-app purchase made doesn’t actually connect to an account. When I open the app, it makes me go through the entire process again, then gives me subscription options. Except … my credit card has already been charged! I believe that’s called fraud. I just my credit card to be reimbursed and then I want nothing to do with this company.

I have been charged for a subscription on PayPal.  The downloaded app does not recognize that I have paid! I have been unable to contact the company to resolve this problem. The support web address is not working and at this point I simply wish to cancel and not be charged anything further.
