LAL.AL! është një projekt i ngjashëm me shume modele te famshme ne bote si Groupon, LivingSocial, Lets Bonus, etj etj.  I ngjashëm sepse përdor të njëjtin model biznesi te ashtu quajtur "Group Buy" - ne rastin tone "Group Buy Albania" - ose te quajtur ndryshe edhe Daily Deal - Oferta Ditore. 
Ajo çfarë ne bëjmë mund te përshkruhet ne tre hapa: 
a-) Marrim kontakte me bizneset e ndryshme dhe i propozojmë te reklamojmë produktet e tyre pa kosto. Për këtë ne u kërkojmë një ulje për klientët tanë. Për këtë arsye ne propozojmë oferta me ulje 50% deri 90%. Kosto e reklamimi që është zero reflektohet si ulje e çmimit. 
b-) Publikojmë produktet apo shërbimet e zgjedhura ne faqen LAL.AL! (http://lal.al) dhe ftojmë te gjithë ata qe na ndjekin ti hedhin një sy ofertave te reja. Atëherë kur ka interes ju mund te blini ofertën dhe për këtë do te pajiseni me kuponin përkatës. 
c-) Pasi të keni marrë kuponin mund te shkoni dhe të përfitoni shërbimin apo produktin e blere.
