There’s no email address to ask for help. There are no options for me. I’m in Mexico, all of my friends are able to use it. But because the app doesn’t give me any option to select Mexico or any option to ask for help, I’m leaving this review. This is not an isolated incident—it has happened repeatedly. The drivers often have very poor time management, arrive late without informing customers, and show an unprofessional attitude. On multiple occasions, they refused to answer phone calls or respond to messages, making it impossible to coordinate the delivery. What concerns me the most is that items have also gone missing during a delivery, which is completely unacceptable. This has seriously affected my trust in Lalamove’s service. As a customer, I expect drivers to be punctual, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. I urge Lalamove to investigate these incidents seriously, take appropriate action against the drivers involved, and improve your driver screening and service quality. If this issue continues, I will have no choice but to stop using Lalamove and share my experience publicly with others. However, logging in through Facebook, an option that has worked totally fine in the past, is glitched. When you minimize the app, the instance of the browser that has the Facebook website open — which is necessary for logging in — closes. Then the app is frozen until you restart. This is troublesome given that you HAVE to open the Facebook app to authenticate the log in, so when you go back to Lalamove after authenticating, you are no longer able to log in. When you try to log in by selecting “forget password”, an SMS isn’t sent either, meaning that based on those two methods, which worked PERFECTLY FINE BEFORE, you can’t use the entire app. This is terrible. ### 1/5 — ⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Service *2026-07-23, version 116.1.0* I had a very disappointing experience with Lalamove. The app estimated the delivery time to be about 1 hour, but the actual delivery took 5 hours. The package was extremely time-sensitive because it needed to catch a flight, and the excessive delay almost caused it to miss the flight. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially when the app provides a much shorter estimated delivery time. I hope Lalamove improves its driver management and provides more accurate delivery estimates so customers can rely on the service for urgent deliveries.
