Kein Zugriff auf Fotomediathek/Camera Roll?! *2025-01-20, version 1.4.1* Selten so eine veraltetet Versicherungs App in letzter Zeit gesehen! Keine Möglichkeit auf die Fotomediathek/ Camera Roll auf dem Handy zuzugreifen, um schnell und einfach eine Rückerstattung zu beantragen. Man muss zunächst Fotos in Dateien auf dem Handy speichern, dann noch in PDFs umwandeln und dann kann man erst die Fotos der Rechnungen hochladen! Mehr Schritte und unnötiger Datenmüll! Die DKV App war viel besser! Kontaktmöglichkeiten mit Bearbeitern bei Fragen zu Erstattungen ist auch nicht möglich! UX Feedback wie das oben findet bei der Versicherung auch gar keinen Anklang, dabei ist das heute Standard. ### 1/5 — Freezes when trying to upload invoice *2024-03-18* App doesn’t work for some reason. When going through to submit an invoice, at the prompt of uploading or adding documents, app fails to respond or ask for permission to camera. Might be a dodgy update bug as it is working for my wife but on my iPhone (where it has never been installed before), app just isn’t usable.
