Can’t add wifi camera SC30PT to the APP causing unable to acces the camera. It keeps throwing connection failed error even I connect to wifi 2.4Ghz with encryption mode as recommended. Reported to Lamptan customer support 3 times, every time no feedback no awareness of my issue.. !!! For those who think to buy Lamptan wifi cameras or other smart home devices, MUST rethink carefully, otherwise you’d end up wasting money & time !!!

เพิ่ม wifi camera SC30PT ลงแอพไม่ได้ ทำให้ใช้งานกล้องไม่ได้ ทั้งๆที่ต่อกับ wifi 2.4Ghz และ encryption mode ตามที่แนะนำแล้ว ได้ส่งเรื่องไปยัง customer support ถึง 3 ครั้ง ทุกครั้งต้องเล่าปัญหาใหม่หมด แล้วไม่เคยมีการติดต่อกลับ.. !!! เตือนคนที่คิดจะซื้อ Lamptan wifi camera หรืออุปกรณ์ smart home ชนิดอื่นๆ ให้คิดให้ดีก่อนซื้อ เพราะไม่งั้นอาจเสียเงินและเวลาโดยเปล่าประโยชน์ !!!
