Awful. Mind numbingly difficult to use. 
Downloaded the app as there are absolutely no local pool timetables anywhere on google as lampton leisure don’t display it anywhere. Every link on there website is broken or doesn’t work as it should. 
I just want to know when I can come for a swim with my kids on the weekends? 
Download the app and I can’t book swimming I can’t check timetables.
This app and general service from lampton leisure regarding this stuff is awful. 
You clearly don’t want customers as I can’t even check when I can come to use the facilities. Joke. 0 stars if possible.

As for a first time user of the app, it shows how to book a class but doesn’t show how to cancel it 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely no customer focus or aware of the needs of the members too many members taken on without any thought for the actual facilities available and when I go on the waiting list it’s not first come first served situation as I could go on a list on a Friday the day before the class and be 12th in the queue but as a notice of availability comes through at 2 am in the morning and I’m awake I can take the place of someone who is number 1 in the queue and has been on there for a week and is missing out can you please explain how fair that is??
As a council tax payer I’m not getting a good service so I’m seriously thinking of asking for a rate reduction from the council as this is the only thing I use 
The person who is in charge of the isleworth Lesiure I feel needs replacing as there is zero confidence in their ability to manage expectations. I’m also happy to have a chat with them but alas I’m still waiting for replies to previous buried emails - this is nothing short of shambolic management of public funds

When this works, it’s great. But most of the time there are error messages when trying to book, that’s if it allows you to log on at all and now say “service unreachable”.  Really poor because of the bugs but would be decent otherwise

Just joined the gym, we had a extensive tour by Saffron and Sukh helped us setup the app which was initially troublesome.

I cannot login I tried whole day yesterday day. It says credential does not match.
Therefore I cannot book the classes.
I need to do Aqua classes due to medical reasons but I cannot book it as it says 8 on waiting list. How it possible early in the morning exact on 7 days before.

The app is very unhelpful. it’s hard to find things.

It was difficult for me to book a swim session. Once it’s allowed me to book it, it booked the wrong number of adults (ie even though I tried to book 2 adults, it ended up booking 3 adults for me)-asking me to pay for 1 more adult.

Can easily book a class which is great. But would really help if the developers could make a cancel function so that if there is a waiting list, it gives others a fair chance of taking that space if a cancellation happens. I tried to call the centre to cancel my booking but they’re not answering either. I wonder how many other potential cancellations there are and how many others are missing put on bookings.
