Had to reset password in order to get access. And to send tickets to a guest requires giving the app access to all your phone contacts. If I could give this zero stars I would. LCCC consistently get technology wrong ### 1/5 — Lancashire Cricket Tickets *2023-05-20, version 3.10.0* It simply doesn’t work. Doesn’t send a code when you try to set up an account. For goodness sake do something about it. ### 1/5 — It just doesn't work *2023-01-21, version 3.9.7* I installed it but it didn't work , then after contacting the ticket office they deleted my account and I was told to re-install the app and to create a new account with the email address that I have registered with teh club and that would automatically update , which I did . I now have a n error message telling me that no acccount with that email address has been registered with the club . I honestly give up . The problem is that the club refuse to print out the tickets and send them to me , so I am in a situation where I have purchesed a membership and test match tickets but potentially can't use them as this app doesn't work . It does and I have just purchased ticket through it!!!! Very very irritating even more so now the members ticket purchasing page shows only the app as the ticket delivery mechanism! ### 1/5 — Useless App *2022-12-26, version 3.9.7* Still not sorted this App!! I am in computer software myself, and this is a fundamental easy test to perform when developing software. It clearly has not been tested following the process that a real user/customer would experience from ticket purchase to downloading the app and linking your account. Please do this and you will replicate the issue you have. Log in use verification code but shuts the app! ### 1/5 — Account does not exist *2023-07-21, version 3.10.2* Create account. Sign in. Account does not exist. — I’m astonished that LCCC have managed to take a simple ticketing app and turn into something that doesn’t work. Either launch an app that works or don’t. Hugely frustrating; travelling to a test match tomorrow tickets cost £300 I’m in total and no idea how to access my tickets. Useless: LCCC lost their right to host an Ashes test match until 2031, hopefully by then they’ll have found an app developer that can fix this bug fest. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-07-19, version 3.10.2* No way of signing in or out so the app is completely useless. ### 1/5 — Really useless *2023-07-18, version 3.10.2* 1 day to go and still my Ashes tickets are not in app. Been told they have been sent to the app. Such a mess. ### 1/5 — Useless waste of my time *2023-07-10, version 3.10.2* I can confirm that if you have an LCC website account, you can’t use it to login to the app. If you create an account in the app, it doesn’t allow a ticket to be transferred to you from a friend. All you get is “The account does not exist”, or “The transfer failed, please try again”. So this app is totally broken and literally useless. Absolute shambles! ### 1/5 — Unknown error *2023-07-08, version 3.10.2* Created an account for my Ashes tickets. Managed to view my tickets once in the app but now every time I log in I get an “unknown error” message. Emailed the ticket office twice with no response ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2023-07-07, version 3.10.2* I managed to download the app and retrieve my ashes ticket. I’ve since got a different phone and downloaded the app again - when I try to log in I get an ‘unknown error’. I suspect login has been locked to my old device ID. There’s no easy way to contact anyone to try to resolve it. Panicking that I’ll now not be able to access my ticket for the Old Trafford test ### 1/5 — Very poor *2023-07-03, version 3.10.0* Doesn’t recognise my account even though I’ve bought tickets on their website. Clunky and unusable. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2023-06-27, version 3.10.0* So pointless ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2023-06-05, version 3.10.0* The app doesn’t deserve one star - it shouldn’t be offered on the App Store. I have an account but when I try to log in a message appears that says “the account does not exists” (sic). I tried the ‘I forgot my password’ option, but I get the same message. This problem appears not to be new. I am surprised LCCC don’t do anything about it as they want people to use this method to receive their tickets. ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Worked 🤷‍♂️ *2023-07-17, version 3.10.2* Worked instantly for ashes tickets 🤷‍♀️ ### 4/5 — Does the job fine once you realise *2023-08-20, version 3.10.2* Lots of the bad reviews point out that the app tells you that your account doesn’t exist, when you’ve already made an account on the website in order to buy the tickets in the first place. This happened to me so I contacted the club and they said that you need to create another account on the app. Once you do that it all works fine. They should make it clearer thoughas we can’t all be stupid. And for that reason I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars. I’ll go with 4. ### 3/5 — A tricky Wicket Lancashire CC App *2024-05-02, version 3.2421.1* Your App us almost as bad as The Post Office ### 2/5 — How to get your tickets *2023-07-15, version 3.10.2* This is a terrible app. If you try to log in and get a ‘This account does not exist’ error message, then you’ll need to do this: Create a new account using your existing email adresss (and password). You get emailed a verification code. Once logged in, you’ll see your tickets available in the app. ### 2/5 — Poor App *2023-07-05, version 3.10.2* If you though the web site was bad , the app is not much better. They just want an email address they can bombarded with spam for things your not interested in. ### 2/5 — Works but not well *2023-05-27, version 3.10.0* Managed to create an account and get my tickets.
