It would appear that comments aren’t welcome on any posts at all now and still there are many articles without even the most tenious connection to Lancashire.

Very poor and always out of date articles. Why are we having 2 families constantly being monitored?
The football side of things is ludicrous as there are a few more teams in Lancashire than the ones these articles cover.

One of the reasons I downloaded this app was for the lancs football team updates. The football news never gets updated anymore.
It’s good for local traffic updates, that’s about it now

Has so much potential but, living in North Lancashire the news is full of articles about two “celebrity” families we don’t need to know if a child has a cold or a family goes on holiday or if someone hits other people and makes millions! There is more news in the North than them.

The app has so many spelling mistakes, it’s like some stories are written by children. The app crashes many times whilst trying to access comments. The moderators are too sensitive, seemingly removing comments which differ from their opinions rather than being offensive. Best avoided, I will be deleting this app.

Disgraceful 1000’s tracking cookies that you can switch off even if you try manually. This app should be banned! Reported to Apple

Tap to expand a photo then you can’t get rid of it to get back to the text.

When I received notifications for stories and pressed on them, it would take me straight to the story, for some reason this isn’t happening anymore.

The My News part of the app which allows you to choose the areas you are interested in does not seem to refresh. I have to keep deleting the whole app and re-downloading it.

Great mix of stories but the journalism could do with editing and the grammar improved if it is to be taken as a serious news channel the spelling leaves a lot to be desired
