サーバーの問題で新規登録できない。時間をおいてもできない。

接続方法の説明もなく、接続できない。うまくいかない場合は問い合わせせよということだし、アプリからパスワード忘れの際のサイトへ行こうとしても接続エラーになる。どうすればいいのか、ホント不親切。
