It is almost worthless now. ### 5/5 — Land id is a game changer! *2026-07-20* I love Land id and have recommended it to countless people working in real estate. It saves a lot of time to get such detailed property information and visualize it with the overlays. Then it’s a powerful communication tool because you can easily create and share maps with people, which streamlines communications about the property project. I’ve been impressed with the steady stream of innovations like comp reports, CarPlay, Canvas integrations, and more.
