First, they have you update the password WAY too often. Second, the app no longer stays logged in or whatever it has to do in order to push purchase notifications. That was a feature I actually liked and now it really doesn’t work. In the last few months I am constantly having to get into the app and allow my Face ID to be used to log in. Simple things like these make the experience with the mobile app a bad experience. ### 5/5 — Great credit union *2026-04-14* I would never change my banking to anywhere but here. The only time I am unhappy with them is when I have to change my password. Try to make payments and it will occasionally say unavailable at this time. If you have options pick a different credit union. Made multiple calls to figure out external transfers after I did everything it said. They would tell me they would call back never did. Finally figured out just to use my other bank.
