### 5/5 — Win win

*2026-01-09, version 5.2.2*

Great gameplay

### 5/5 — Fun adventure

*2025-12-28, version 5.2.2*

This is a fun and enjoyable game. There’s a lot of waiting around which allows people to do other things that they need to do so it’s a lot of fun because you can play the game when you want to play and it’s actually not a game. It’s an adventure with side games.

### 4/5 — Great game but has bugs.

*2025-12-17, version 5.2.2*

Enjoying the game. Really like the design. Simple yet still has a decent amount of content.

Only issue is it crashes when trying to close some of the boxes.
You hit X and nothing happens. Haven’t bought it yet due to this but if you can fix it I definitely will.

### 3/5 — Very simplistic and unimaginative game

*2025-12-11, version 5.2.1*

The game positions itself as relaxing story-driven adventure with beautifully crafted world and captivating mystery, but ultimately fails on story, adventure and beauty.
This game is somewhat similar to Fallen London on gameplay design (only with timers instead of action points), and that game is very rich in the lore department with quite unique setting. I hoped for something like that (but more relaxed and casual) or maybe something similar to Sorcery in terms of storytelling (but again more relaxed), but unfortunately was left disappointed.

Pros: no predatory donation system. Very nice accessibility and smooth iOS integration. UI is well-thought out.
Cons:
1. Very simplistic gameplay design and loop. The game requires no skills, presents no challenges, no strategy and no decisions. There are some player stats, but they are meaningless as there is no choice on player’s character development. Whatever you do on the quests - explore, fight, or talk, it’s represented simply as press of a button. You wait some time and you have x% chance of success with no consequences of failure - you just repeat till you succeed. The game basically plays itself, the only job for a player is to press a button. That’s not relaxing, but simply boring.
2. The art is not encouraging either. There’s a statically drawn map and… well that’s it, there’s nothing else. No city, no location, no character has any artistic representation. Not my definition on what the beautifully crafted world is.
3. Previous points could have been overlooked if the game had strong emphasis on its world-building, lore and storyline: sort of interactive book. But those are meh. The locations are just one-time interactions and completely unmemorable, once you’ve done the presented simplistic quests by pressing a button there’s no point in returning. Other characters are all basically represented as one-line dialogues in quest results, once they’ve spoken to you and moved the plot you will never speak to them again. Even the companions you’ve picked along the way are just like some lifeless item in your inventory. The world is completely static and the story itself is linear with no choices to make.

### 5/5 — Great casual rpg

*2025-12-09, version 5.2.1*

Its a casual rpg. Not something you can play for long periods at time. Perfect for those with limited time to play. The in game community is very active and helpful to help out as well. Hope to see yall in game!

### 4/5 — Your assistance a problem

*2025-10-16, version 5.1.0*

I am in the app Lock, and it’s not letting me complete it

### 5/5 — Potential

*2025-09-30, version 5.1.0*

What they have built here is very impressive even though it’s on a small scale. If they can continue to expand with more story and features especially in social aspects, it could be brilliant. It’s a great little one or two click escape when you’re busy. Something to look forward to every time you return to your phone. Keep up the good work!

### 5/5 — Fully accessible fun

*2025-08-30, version 5.0.10*

I have been playing this game for a number of weeks now, and I can honestly say, I have never seen a game so accessible with VoiceOver. All aspects of the game are fully playable. Certainly has me hooked :-) one of the highlights for me, was discovering the chat community, which is a tab within the game. I have met some incredibly helpful people from around the world. Around my particular campfire, I have found friends :-) can’t recommend this game enough. Well done Aaron!

### 5/5 — Relaxing Idle…the name says it all!

*2025-08-26, version 5.0.10*

Great RPG game that you can play when you have the time. This is great graphic adventure game in the style of an RPG in which each action takes time to do. In fact, waiting to get it done may be tag most frustrating part. But I enjoy doing the action and then having the game remind me when it’s time to take another as I continued down the story path.
It is enjoyable to play. Just be aware it has its own pace.
Recommended!

### 5/5 — Super Game

*2025-08-24, version 5.0.10*

### 5/5 — Your assistance

*2025-08-22, version 5.0.10*

I got a new phone and I don’t remember how to transfer my game stuff over. I am blind. Could you give me assistance?

### 4/5 — Sehr schön, aber etwas zu einfach

*2025-08-07, version 5.0.10*

### 3/5 — Fun

*2025-08-05, version 5.0.10*

Very interesting but lost interest, not really sure what the game is about. No help not sure if the replay is real or possible gameplay not sure what the clues are, very confusing for a game after paying for subscription and links

### 4/5 — Interesante… traducción español

*2025-07-30, version 5.0.10*

Interesante propuesta y fan de los RPGs. Para cuando en español?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Paid for full game access and now can't progress thanks to quest bug?

*2026-07-26, version 5.2.2*

Ehhhhhh..... problems under the surface. 07/26/26
I'm completely blind so I was thankful to discover this fully accessible game, and happy to support by paying for "full access". I don't really know what that gave me that I wouldn't have earned through gameplay anyway but I'm happy to financially support blind accessible games.
Well… My phone quit on me so I had to get a new one. My progress didn't transfer over as saving to iCloud had some digital error in completion. OK, OK, sometimes technology doesn't go right… So I'll just start from the beginning again.
I'd love to be able to get past starting the very, very first quest of the entire game… Says completed, but doesn't let me do anything because it says I'm currently questing. It's been more than two minutes required (been more than two hours, more than two days… yes, I tried turning phone off and back on) to complete the quest.
So thx to bugs I lost all the progress I had previously made after purchasing and now can't actually make any progress thanks to another error.
Very annoying. Feeling like it was a waste of money paying for anything here. I mean, what's the point of paying for something that doesn't function?

### 1/5 — Broken

*2026-01-01, version 5.2.2*

Won’t move past the second quest as no potatoes can be attained.

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2025-08-10, version 5.0.10*

Was banned from chat for posting that the chat is all chatbots. Really?

### 1/5 — Ad hater

*2025-05-19, version 5.0.6*

Forced ads. Major negative. You’re on a timer for your quest so you gotta wait five minutes so when you open the game, you get to watch an ad then you pick one quest which takes about 10 seconds and then you get to wait 5 to 15 minutes before the next quest is up and many times you rinse and repeat so of course you close the game to go do something .and you get to watch another ad

### 1/5 — definitely a good game. But please please please make it

*2025-04-06, version 5.0.4*

Definitely a good game. I came across it in the App Store and saw that the game Land of Livia is only available in English. I would be very happy if you could translate the game into other languages so I could play it too. Unfortunately, I don't speak English and would therefore appreciate it if you could perhaps have the game translated into other languages, including German. Thank you very much.

### 1/5 — Marred by unskippable full-screen ads

*2024-01-21, version 4.0.6*

This game has a promising setup, with quests you can select and come back to that improve your character and reveal story as you go.

I was enjoying it but after I finally did not dismiss the prompt to rate, it started showing UNSKIPPABLE FULL SCREEN ADS (often with juvenile or questionable content). There is no way to opt out, even if you pay for the quest content IAP’s. (Kinda smarmy to wait until after getting the review to show ads!)

Sine you only really check in briefly with this game, making a quick decision and then closing the app, a long full screen ad ends up being more than half the time you spend with the game when you check in. That’s really frustrating!

It ruined all the good vibes and made it feel like the timers on the quest parts are there yo drag out more ad displays, leaving a sour taste in my mouth for the game.

I’m not against ads in games, but showing ads to people PAYING for content seems egregious and I don’t want that to become the norm, so I’m going to have to uninstall it. It’s a shame because there are some nice ideas behind the game, but not nearly enough to spend half the time looking at ads.

### 1/5 — This game used to be fun

*2023-12-08, version 4.0.0*

There were nine equipment slots in which you had to complete quests in order to get equipment in three different attributes and would click on whichever attribute you wanted to have the equipment for. Now each stat has only three slots associated with it. The quests take much longer to complete and the rewards you get are much worse. It takes a a lot longer to get gold and it is not nearly as much fun. You need to bring it back to the fun game it was and not take an hour to do every little thing

### 1/5 — Too shallow

*2018-09-06, version 3.3.0*

I wouldn’t call this stupid grindfest a game. Waiting between 5 and 25 minutes just to claim a reward without any means of interacting and then repeating this on two axes (level and stat) just isn’t enough. Trying to weave a story around it doesn’t help much. But it has some potential therefore 2 stars.

### 1/5 — Pretty average game but better than most which are playable with voiceovernothing special

*2018-06-08, version 3.2.5*

It’s not a bad game once you get the hang of it. It takes time which means you don’t have to stay with it and unlike some games whicy you can play with voiceover you can actually see what tyou’re doing and there’s no truly annoying stupid music in the background which you can’t turn off. The quests are timed and some of the mini games are difficult if you can’t see what you’re doing. I might have given this four stars but I regard it as a bit cheeky for the developer to include the fact that you can buy him a coffee. Sure and what the heck is he gonna do for me and no, it’s not a joke, you really do get billed for a cup of coffee, no bloody way mate. Not unless you introduce yourself. I would add that I think the amount of gold you have to spend is disproportionate to what hyou get and some of the items you need leave you wondering where on earth you’re supposed to get them. For instance you need a desert camel but you can’t buy one. To improve your listening sucess you need to spend nearly four thousand pieces of gold and your listening success is only increased by 1.5 percent. You can’t seem to get above 3700 maximum gold which is 100 below what you need to upgrade your listening success. What’s the good of that? You need a sack of something to access the shortcut but I’ve been trying to find that for over a week now and I’m still looking. Some features should be made easier or you should be able to buy what you need which in the prelude you pretty much can. I’m wondering too what the point of setting maximum gold targets is. Why not just collect as much as you need and spend what you earn but once you reach your maximum either you upgrade or else get stuck below what you need because you’ve upgraded as far as you can. Yes, this game has its faults there’s no doubt about that.

### 2/5 — Fun concept that falls apart

*2025-08-09, version 5.0.10*

The idea of a truly idle, accessible RPG is fun in concept. This game starts out pretty strong, but gets way too repetitive quickly.

Leveling here is handled by equipment, not missions and traditional RPG leveling. That means you amass inventory, hit the auto-equip button, and go with whatever it spits out. There’s really no room for strategy.

Missions quickly get to the point where there’s almost no variety. Missions all end up settling to being almost the same time requirement. Often you have to do the same mission several times to find success.

This means the gameplay loop quickly get stale. Go to a place, wait an hour and a half, rinse and repeat. If you find a new item, run auto-equip. Rinse and repeat.

This would have been a fine $3 purchase, but $13 is far too expensive for the experience it offers. The free section is a good sample, but consider that the game that comes after it feels more stale and less dynamic.

### 5/5 — Good game

*2026-06-26, version 5.2.2*

Love this game

### 5/5 — Fun adventure

*2026-06-25, version 5.2.2*

This is a cool adventure with lots of twists. There are also puzzles such as upgrading gems and finding Laura there are a lot of strategies to this adventure and there is learning learning is done through looking at Discord and also through the campfires if one is fortunate enough to have a good campfire then one can receive Assistance from the chief or the other players in the group and a person can play this game as many times as here she wishes to so if you purchase this game and play it through and you want to play another game to get higher levels you just restart the game. I really enjoy this adventure. There is some waiting around but this game allows a person to take their time and if you have a job or if you have other things to do such as taking care of a family et cetera going to school and you know what I mean there’s always life situations you can do a quest and then wait and then do another quest later this is not a game that has played constantly so it is nice for people that have schedules and they can play this game on their own time when they want to play. I hope you enjoy this endeavor and this adventure thank you. this is my third time playing this game. This is a great adventure game and there’s a lot of strategy involved from figuring out when to get the legends and how often to play something to try to up the levels and there’s a lot of strategy in upping levels and so the game really at the basics can seem like there’s not a lot to it because there is some waiting around when you’re doing a quest, especially the longer the quest you know the longer you play the longer the quest might be or if you’re trying to seek a higher level, but you know there’s also gems that you have to use and so it’s a lot of fun. There’s a lot of tears to it and there’s a lot to learn but the nice thing about it is the campfires are really fun. I’m in a really great campfire right now and the people in this campfire are wonderful. They’re like friends and you know it’s just really fun and people help each other out if they need assistance so please try this adventure game. It is really fun. It is a nice story. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Accessibility

*2026-05-10, version 5.2.2*

Accessible for legally blind people to play. Could maybe include turn by turn fights and tasks similar to a dark room.

### 5/5 — Highly addictive app

*2026-04-26, version 5.2.2*

I was not even a quarter of the way through the prelude, and I went out and bought the rest of the chapters. This game will keep me entertained for quite a long time. Kudos to the developers for making voiceover and inclusivity part of the app.

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2026-04-24, version 5.2.2*

I’ve been searching everywhere for voiceover accessible game. I have critical vision impairment and I can finally get to play something I like and hear what I’m doing

### 5/5 — Review

*2026-03-09, version 5.2.2*

Great game I love it

### 5/5 — Enjoy at your pace

*2026-02-03, version 5.2.2*

Just like the description says, relaxing idle text adventure. The story is interesting in bite sized chunks, perfect for on the go and short on time. I’ve tried others and, so far, Land of Livia is the best yet.

### 5/5 — Great game with full VoiceOver support

*2026-01-21, version 5.2.2*

This game support VoiceOver in every part. Minigames have special mode for VoiceOver users. If you are visually impaired you still can fully enjoy playing this excellent game.
