Waste of money. ### 1/5 — Terrible app with no support *2023-03-16, version 1.05* While you can download footage onto the app, there is no way for it to be saved to your phone. The recent update, the footage now doesn’t go to landscape view and there is no way you can zoom in. There is little to no support and you cannot use the dashcams without the app. Useless and very disappointing given how expensive the dashcams are. ### 1/5 — Glitchy and Live View Doesn’t Work *2023-03-09, version 1.05* Agree with some others. For the price you pay this app is weak sauce. The camera seems to record ok so far but you cannot use live view. It just gives you a black screen and never changes. Also, it seems to record fine sometimes and other times there are just chunks of time missing while driving. Not sure if it’s just me but it never records anything while in parking mode. I have two stars because most of the files are there but you usually have to take the SD card out and put it in a reader to see them and do anything with them. Trying to do anything with the app in your phone is a waste of time. Camera isn’t bad and integrates nicely into my Defender. Solid three star camera at least. App is zero stars. Appalling that no decent upgrades have happened. ### 1/5 — Does not allow Landscape view *2024-07-24, version 1.05* When watching video in landscape while phone is in vertical position (small) when you turn your phone to horizontal position to get large full screen it distorts the image as if it is squeezed. When I take out the SD card it only shows file from the front camera videos and parking videos. What I think it’s really missing is share functionality in the app. I’ve worked out I can find downloaded clips in the Files app but doesn’t seem to be documented anywhere. Be good to be able to share straight from the app. Also it doesn’t quite format right on an iPhone 12 / 13 Max in places and is getting cut off in the corners. The primary use, really the only use for this is around the video and photo content and instead of taking a Nest Hello approach dealing with this content this app winds back the clock to the era of floppy disk.
