You can get local public records of property by going to your appraiser’s website/ homepage. In your county. This thing makes you pay 70 something dollars for an app that doesn’t even have updated information. I don’t know how they do it but the whole app is a waste of time/ money. I thought I would be able to ALOT more than that for 70$. Because public information is free. 100% a scam. Just use landslide. It’s a MUCH BETTER APP. That has updated features.
