They helped me throughout the entire process of getting khata document and then converting to ekhata as well and transferring name for bescom. I am NRI and my house is rented in Bangalore. They did everything and kept me updated at all times. They requested all the documents as needed. It just depends on the agent that is assigned to you. I found this app which was very helpful and it helped me in getting EC. I’ve been asking for the update and there is no response, after my repeated push to deliver me the translated document you guys have been stalling me after agreeing to deliver and taking 3 times the money. Please don’t bother sending me the document. Started of with 4000 rupee payment for a request ended up requesting 50000 rupess for the same request. We also want to support business but end up into scam like these companies. ### 1/5 — Frauds! They said full refund if document not available and cheat later. *2025-05-19* I have paid 2999 for document and after keeping me waiting for 2 months that said document not available, when I asked for refund as per their policy “full refund if requested document is not available” they say it’s not applicable. When I questioned the lady, she said to go govt and ask my self. How are you different from fraudsters? If I want to go to govt office why hell am I paying you? All bloody cheaters they just want to take your money and runaway! Don’t trust. ### 1/5 — Don’t wast money here *2025-01-17* At the beginning the options I choosen was One documents information only it asked for the payment I paid 199 through gpay after the payment still I can’t view the documents it ask soft copy or via post I choosen soft copy to download the soft copy they are asking for 499 to pay I tried calling the customer care both the numbers are not answerable left with no option please don’t fall for there trap like i did ### 1/5 — Scam app that just doesnt work *2024-12-18* I had paid a subscription and tried searching for a few documents. All searches have failed and was told that it will be retried and a solution provided. But even after a month havent received any documents yet. ### 1/5 — Upselling and Fraud service *2024-10-30* I ordered a pahani record request from them for 6,500 rs. On the app it didn’t ask for any survey number, so I thought it was for the entire village, which is a very good deal. After placing the order their agent calls me asking for survey number. If it is only for one survey number , the cost is 1500 rs only at the mro office. These people are just upselling and not reliable. Now they won’t refund my money for their mistake. Their survey maps are also not accurate. Overall not a good service and just a waste of money. ### 1/5 — Nothing new *2024-08-16* It’s not worth it. The application provides documents which are anyway available online at a cheaper price. Other documents are not available on the application and there is no way to connect to support. I lost money while applying for survey records. To my surprise it listed the properties of the name I searched. Then I ordered sale deed soft copy for around 1k. They said it will be available in 1 days. But there is some delay. After 3 days they sent me the soft copy. I totally understand the delay bcoz of the government office. But the wait is worth. I can’t do it on my own due to office, commitments and staying out of the home town. Thank you landeed.
