I love casual games and one just can't beat the price. So, I installed on my iPad Air and was taken back to the late 70s and early 80s. I used to play a game called Lunar Lander. It was a vector graphics game very much like this one. This is better though because there are things to knock over or blow up, you can pick up power ups and navigate elaborate caves, not to mention the graphics are so much better than the simple line images in vectors. There are also timed trials that really make you learn to control the lander. Control is the secret to success in this game. The dev says in the game that this game makes no profit, that it's a labor of love. I thank you for sharing this with us. It will make me happy for as many hours as you put into writing it, and I know that must've been many, many hours. ### 5/5 — It's fun *2016-02-03, version 1.2* I think this game is a lot of fun. It's not. After five screens, they want $1.99 to continue. If this is supposed to be a promotion, it isn't working. Deleted! ### 1/5 — Doesn't work on new iPad *2012-04-05, version 1.1* Screen is black in all iPad orientations except one horizontal, there is a black frame rotating seen as you rotate the ipad3. Once I see the display, no menu options work... Touch control isn't there. Was four stars ipad2, would be 5 stars with icade support. Perfect game for icade! Will update this once fixed. It seems to incorporate enough new mechanics to keep it intriguing. The HUD displayed on the bottom of the screen needs points displayed, such as where is the final landing zone, and possibly all of the stars? You need tilt control and tap to thrust. It has been a while since I have been obsessed with a game and felt accomplishment by beating challenging levels.
