## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Trash app

*2024-01-21*

Basically worthless. Has conflicting numbers (eg 4 miles in 32 minutes somehow equals 05:30 min per mile, or average pace will read 8min/mi while average speed will be 10mph (which is 6min/mi). And that’s if it shows anything at all…get a lot of 0 mile workouts registered when trying to sync. Paid more for the upgraded console with bluetooth so it can connect with this garbage app.

### 1/5 — Treadmill app doesn’t connect to my treadmill

*2023-02-15*

I can’t get the app to connect to my console to record my workout.

### 1/5 — Zero stars!

*2021-10-07*

This app is even worse than before the latest. Disconnects from treadmill before you can save, can’t connect to anything useful and it’s the ONLY option to get any data. I volunteered to write Landice a new app for FREE. NOPE. My LAST Landice treadmill.

### 1/5 — No integration with Apple Health

*2020-07-16*

It connected to my treadmill easily, so one star for that, I guess. But there is no documentation and no ability to send information to Apple H

### 1/5 — Needs major upgrade

*2020-07-04*

Absolutely the worst app to connect treadmill to. It wont search the equipment and it crashes when trying to link accounts. Terrible. Just terrible.

### 1/5 — Update Crashes

*2017-01-17*

Latest update crashes when device is selected.

### 2/5 — Amazing Treadmills Terrible App

*2021-12-11*

Landice by far makes the best treadmills on the market today. You would think that they would have the tech to support these amazing machines but sadly they do not.

This is an extremely basic app that connects to the treadmill and essentially saves the same information that the treadmill saves on its console to your phone. However, the information that is saved is terrible. You’ll get a break down of your run duration, calories burned, and total run time. It doesn’t even tell you your mile times! This makes publishing your data to third party apps like Strava or Runkeeper absolutely pointless since all the data you will see is “X many miles run in X amount of time.

Very sad to see the lack of a functioning app for this amazing treadmill.

### 2/5 — Average Speed is Inaccurate

*2021-05-05*

The app is very plain. Not much functionality. When I look at my run history, the average speed in mph is inaccurate.

### 2/5 — Not good enough

*2019-07-25*

The app does not do the brand name justice. Landice makes incredible treadmills, but as far as apps this is fairly poor in functionality and design.

For the longest time (months) I could not figure out how to actually have the treadmill send the data to the app. It took me filing a support ticket to learn that it requires you to hit the power off button to trigger the data sending to the phone.

I am glad they have runkeeper integration but the app currently does not add the workout data to the Apple health app, which is pretty limited functionality for a “fitness” app.

### 2/5 — Great treadmill.... lousy app

*2018-10-03*

Virtually useless.

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 4/5 — Glad to have it

*2018-05-17*

I like the ability to track activity. It keeps track of all the action for each use. You turn on the app before you turn off the treadmill. The only issue is that you cannot manually enter an activity if you forget to turn on app.

### 3/5 — Works...needs some improvement.

*2021-01-23*

Using it with our elliptical. Works ok, but total time on the summary summary caps at 99:59:59 hours. That’s pretty lame.

### 2/5 — Has potential

*2017-10-25*

This app is very limited at the moment. First of all, I can’t even find instructions for how to use it. The description says that you can transfer your settings to a treadmill, but I can’t figure out how to do that. While you can save your runs to Runkeeper and a few other applications, currently you can’t save them to the Activity app. That would be a great enhancement.
