Finance Tab — Rental Income & Tax Tracking
Landlord HQ now includes a complete finance tracker built for UK landlords. Log rental income and expenses, attach photos or PDFs of receipts as evidence, and set up recurring entries for regular costs like mortgage payments or insurance.
Expense categories are aligned to HMRC's UK Property) boxes so your records are ready to hand to an accountant or fill in self-assessment directly. At the end of the tax year, generate a summary PDF, export a spreadsheet, or email everything straight to your accountant — including all your receipt attachments.

**Inspection Types**
Every inspection is now categorised as Moving In, Interim, or Moving Out. The type is shown as a colour-coded badge in the inspections list, on the report header, and in the PDF.

**Meter Readings**
Moving In and Moving Out inspections now include a Meter Readings section to record Gas, Electric, and Water readings. Readings are saved with the inspection and printed on the PDF report for reference during tenancy disputes.

**Filter by Property**
If you manage multiple properties, a row of filter chips now appears above the inspections list so you can quickly view inspections for a single property.

Improvements
- Rating and status badges in PDF reports now display with correctly centred text
