## What is Landlord Ledger?

Landlord Ledger is the simple way for small landlords to track rental income, expenses, and receipts — all in one place.

Manage each property from a single dashboard: rental units, tenants, rent payments, fixed expenses like insurance and property tax, mileage for property visits, and every receipt tied back to the property it belongs to.

FOR EVERY PROPERTY
- Track rental units, tenants, lease dates, and monthly rent
- Log rent payments and see who's paid, partial, or past due
- Record recurring fixed expenses — insurance, mortgage interest, municipal and school tax, and more

RECEIPTS, MADE EASY
- Scan paper receipts with your camera — automatic edge detection and cropping
- Import photos or PDFs directly
- On-device text recognition pulls out merchant, amount, and date automatically
- Organize by category, searchable at any time

MILEAGE TRACKING
- Log business trips with origin, destination, distance, and rate
- Link trips to the property they relate to

REPORTS, BUILT FOR TAX SEASON
- Dashboard view of spending by category and month
- Export detailed CSV reports — receipts, mileage, rent ledger, and fixed expenses — organized by property, ready for your accountant

YOUR DATA, YOUR WAY
- Stored securely on your device, with automatic iCloud sync across your own devices
- Protect the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode
- Choose your preferred currency in Settings
- Export a full backup anytime

Whether you manage one rental or several, Landlord Ledger keeps everything organized in one place — receipts, rent, expenses, and mileage — so tax time is simple.
