So I can’t even login to my account because the password change fails. Second: Why on Earth would this app be separate functionality from the Main app, using a different login. It doesn’t make sense. Most bank apps today allow card controls within the main app, Barclays, Discover, Wells Fargo, etc. This should really be fixed given that if anything were to happen to my cards, I should easily be able to lock them instantly without having to call. ### 1/5 — Can’t authenticate! *2023-06-24* Terrible customer service! No one at landmark knows anything about this application therefore no one can help! Please update the app cuz at this moment is useless! Error with API can’t authenticate user! ### 1/5 — Unreliable, Inconvenient *2023-04-29* App is absolute garbage. When attempting to log back into the app to unlock my card after it was found, I repeatedly got a weird error message and couldn’t. It resulted in me being locked out. Spoke with customer care the next morning. They told me that there was no way for them to unlock the card themselves and that I had to re-register my card to the mobile app. I’m trying to do so, I was supposed to have a security code sent to my email to re-register the card. Never received the code after several attempts (was not in my spam/junk folder either). Customer service rep basically said they can’t troubleshoot any further because they can’t reach out to the third party entity that handles their software until the next business day. My only solution is to go to a branch and get a new debit card. ### 1/5 — Don’t download *2022-04-14, version 5.53.1* Minus one star. Zero stars. Notified me of an change and when tried to log in kept saying can’t find me. Even the regular landmark app allows passwords longer than that. Sorry. No way I would trust my financial information with this app. Can't believe it was even released with such a flaw.
