This is after giving SSN, DOB, phone, and Two factor Authentication, Ugh!!! So frustrating! This bank has really gone downhill. They need new Tech Leadership. They also need to do a better job protecting our personal data. Doing everything I can to get away from this institution, always a process with banks but learn from my mistakes. Insulting customer service experience and am currently blocked from paying my loan as they happily keep the fees coming. It’s constantly freezing up on me, it’s not on the cutting edge and it’s pretty annoying to be honest. ### 1/5 — One step forward, two back *2025-08-27, version 4018.0.0* 8/27/2025: Clearly these bad UI updates just keep coming. Whoever is approving the UX does not use the app day to day. -Why is bill pay now broken up across 3 different screens. You can no longer see at a glance what bills are scheduled vs which were paid without jumping across multiple screens. The scheduled totals are now completely gone, so budgeting across the month is useless. -It may be time to look for a new bank for me. Previous updates: This is the worst update I have seen. •The app keeps asking for biometrics and there is no way to turn off the ask each time I log in. •Remember me cannot be unchecked and you have to delete and reinstall the app to clear the setting. •The app keeps asking for verification of my phone but will not accept the code because it says the name I type in is already in use, forcing me to disable the remember this device and having to do the authentication again next time. •Making any transfers does NOT actually update your displayed account totals. You have to back out and refresh all to see any changes. ### 1/5 — Disputes *2025-07-22, version 4017.2.0* This update removed the transaction dispute functionality. Now all you can do is add a memo to a transaction. And sending a secure message to dispute a transaction gets a response that they can’t do it via email - though that is how I have done it before, by clicking the dispute button and sending a secure message. Also the chat seems to be broken. It keeps saying they are busy or something and won’t put me in a queue. Bad update.
