This doesn’t seem like it should be that hard to figure out. Online banking has been around for quite a while. Shouldn’t I be able to check my balance at 9 o’clock on a Friday night? I’ve been in the bank, on the phone and email trying to figure out what to do. It will not accept my full password on app but will online. Before it wouldn’t let me log in and kept saying my information was wrong. It was suggested I change my password and make it longer. Nope nothing. Have to have my account reset multiple times.
