The new updates to the app are worse than it was before and I didn’t think you could get much worse. This doesn’t seem like it should be that hard to figure out. Online banking has been around for quite a while. Shouldn’t I be able to check my balance at 9 o’clock on a Friday night? That doesn’t seem unreasonable to me.

I would give zero stars if I could.  I have been trying to get in my app for months now. I’ve been in the bank, on the phone and email trying to figure out what to do. It will not accept my full password on app but will online. Before it wouldn’t let me log in and kept saying my information was wrong. It was suggested I change my password and make it longer. Nope nothing. Have to have my account reset multiple times. Switching banks because of this. It’s so inconvenient!

IVE BEEN TRYING TO TRANSFER MONEY FROM MY OTHER BANK TO THIS ONE AND THIS BANK ISNT AVAILABLE ON ANYTHING!!!!!! not cashapp, not chime, not zillow, not western union. IVE BEEN TRYING FOR 2 HOURS. app is a lot very buggy and SLOW

The app does what it's supposed to do, but lots of things are very buggy in the process. One of the big things that would make this app even better than bug fixes would be optimization for newer devices. It's not always about the functionality of the app, but it's also about the UI and making the user comfortable with the design and not confused. 

Optimization for iPhones 5th generation and above would be fantastic and would surely bring you more downloads and users.

It would be great if we were able to do a mobile deposit thru the app. I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve had a check given to me on a weekend or holiday weekend. That’s something that would make my life much easier!
