My problem is with logging in. Despite setting g up Face ID and saving my ID, I have to re-enter it and re-set up Face ID nearly every time. Highly frustrating. This updated version is hard to read, slow to switch through pages, difficult to change the alerts, and no Face ID login option. This update removed all my managed cards and all my alerts I’m glad I didn’t have any fraud activity happening in the 3 days since it updated. It never updates the balances correctly. Why in the world does it take forever to go from one page to the next? It’s making me highly consider changing banks with a better app system and I’ve been with Landmark 10+ years. Terrible app ### 1/5 — What happened? *2024-11-25, version 24.1.341* I’ve had this app for 5 years, it was just fine before they updated it this last time (about 6 weeks ago?) Firstly, the “new” version claimed I didn’t have a card to manage. So I clicked on “add card” and entered all the info. It said my card is already being managed. After a week of that nonsense, I had to uninstall and start all over. Now, my current balance and available balance are NEVER the same. Before, I would deposit checks one day and they would be available by the next morning and the balances would be equal, as they should be. Balances are always different now by hundreds of dollars.
