## What is Landsight?

Landsight measures the area, perimeter and every side of any piece of land — on a satellite map or by walking the boundary with GPS. It goes further than a flat map: it works out the true surface of hilly ground, shows the corners through your camera in AR, and turns a measurement into a materials list, a quote and a PDF report your clients will trust.

TRUE AREA ON HILLS
Maps show land flat from above. On a slope the ground is bigger — that is what you seed, mow, cover or fence. Landsight reads the Copernicus elevation model across your shape to give the slope-corrected surface area, mean and steepest slope, an elevation profile and the fence length along the ground.

TAP, DRAG, DONE
• Tap the corners on satellite, hybrid or standard maps
• Drag corners with a magnifier, add a corner on any side, undo and redo
• Type exact side lengths from a deed or tape
• Cut out houses, ponds and roads from a field
• Side lengths and bearings on the map
• See the area and perimeter for free — no bait

WALK THE BOUNDARY
Walk or drive around the land. Landsight records with the screen locked, filters weak GPS fixes, lets you pause and mark corners, recovers an interrupted walk and closes the shape when you finish.

MORE TOOLS
• Distance lines with segment and total length
• Circles for centre pivots and ponds
• Pins with coordinates in DD, DMS, DDM, UTM and MGRS
• Address, place and coordinate search
• 3D view and Look Around
• AR view of the parcel corners
• Geo-stamped photos with position, heading, date and your name

MATERIALS, QUOTES AND JOBS
Estimate posts, rails and gates for post-and-rail, chain-link, privacy and wire fences; sod, seed, hydroseed, fertilizer, mulch, topsoil, gravel, concrete with rebar, erosion blankets, sealcoat, crack filling, retaining walls, dig-out and haul, de-icing, spraying, snow removal, hedges and more. Add your prices, labour, discount and tax. Group several areas into a job with one order list, send a PDF quote or an online link your client approves in the browser.

REPORTS AND EXPORTS
A designed multi-page PDF with satellite map, scale bar, north arrow, areas in every unit, sides and bearings, corner coordinates, slope, materials, photos and your logo. Export KML, GeoJSON, GPX, CSV, DXF, WKT or a map image; import KML, GPX and GeoJSON.

YOUR UNITS
Acres, hectares, square feet and metres, ares, dönüm, evlek, kanal, marla, bigha, guntha, cent, ropani, rai, ngan, tsubo, mu, alqueire, tarea, manzana, arpent, feddan, jerib and perches. Available in 35 languages.
