Keeps logging you out and makes it hard to login.. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-02-25, version 3.2.4* Cant log in connection issues it’s a mess ### 2/5 — What happened and why? *2023-10-06, version 3.2.4* This app used to be a simple thing. You arrive at the shipper. You submit your time of arrival; done. Sometimes it submitted your time of arrival automatically. Now they’ve added more entries so that it is no longer simple. I don’t even understand what it’s asking. I keep failing to complete the forms in this app the way they want them completed because they confuse me with their wording. This is what it’s like now. You arrive at the shipper. You have to make contact with the agent saying you’ve arrived. If a broker is involved, you have to contact them, too, saying you’ve arrived. You have to do what you do with your Elog; understandable. Then you have to pull out this Landstar app and somehow fill out all the forms. Half the loads that want to use tracking want to use MacroPoint, or some new app that requires you to sign your credentials to. So you have to pull out that app, too. All the while the shipper is standing there waiting for you to finish. I find myself having to apologize for the time I’m ignoring them while I have my nose in these apps. ### 1/5 — Outdated *2023-07-07, version 3.2.4* This app is outdated and cumbersome. You can’t update fuel card numbers/remove old cards. It also is a pain to logged in. Takes five or six tries. ### 1/5 — Layer brokers *2022-04-09, version 3.2.4* Don’t trust brokers especially jerry he is so bad person we deal the load and agreed and he said he gonna send the load with in 5minute but he didn’t send the rate finally i called to him and he said load is covered .they played a game they holed you and if they get better lower rate the don’t care about you.no morality and loyalty. ### 1/5 — Not professional *2021-09-12, version 3.2.4* Racism ### 5/5 — Loads trip advances the loads just like it says *2020-08-18, version 3.2.4* I have an iPhone 11 max with newest update ( AT&T) it does what it says, so I’m very pleased with the app. If it wasn’t for this app I would have too call in each time or get on a computer which is a big inconvenience to load up the computer for advanced, I’m able to assign any amount available to whichever card I prefer anytime I want.
